Once a digital service (like SEO, Ads Management, or Web Design) has been started and/or delivered (fully or partially), no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been started within 5 working days after payment.
- You have requested cancellation in writing (via email or official support) before any work has begun.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- One-time setup fees
- Paid advertisements budget (Facebook/Google/Instagram)
- Monthly SEO or marketing retainers
- Customized service packages
4. Dispute Resolution

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your services.
